Refund Policy – Jasjot & Co.

At Jasjot & Co., each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects but rather part of the unique character of handmade jewelry.

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at jasjotandco@gmail.com or at the in-site contact area to request a return.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn or damaged jewelry.

Sale items (if applicable).

Return Process

Email us at jasjotandco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (following the steps above) and place a new order.
